Digital Products

Due to the instant delivery and downloadable nature of our digital products, all sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Templates
  • Worksheets
  • Digital downloads
  • Educational materials

Once a digital product has been purchased or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except where required by applicable law.

Credit Repair Services

Payments for credit repair services cover professional time spent reviewing your credit profile, preparing documentation, communicating with credit bureaus and creditors, and providing ongoing support.

Because work often begins shortly after enrollment:

  • Setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has started.
  • Monthly service fees are generally non-refundable for services already provided.
  • You may cancel future recurring services at any time by providing written notice before your next billing date.

Cancellation of services does not entitle you to a refund for services already performed.

Incorrect or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and correct any verified billing errors promptly.

Failed Payments

If a payment is declined or returned, services may be paused until the account is brought current.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about your purchase, we encourage you to contact Drea Financial before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

Fraudulent or invalid chargebacks for services rendered or digital products delivered may be disputed using applicable transaction records and service documentation.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only when:
